Chef Thomas, with more than 25 years of academic and hands-on experience, including 15 years solely dedicated to Kauai Custom Catering, does not just provide meals but also creates memories. Combining technical prowess with an island flair, Chef Thomas honed his skills in some of the highest culinary schools, including the New England Culinary Institute and advanced studies in Italy.
